December Wrap Up 2020

Hi guys!

Happy Monday. I hope you all had a great Christmas and are excited for the new year! I certainly am ready for 2020 to be over, I still think 2021 will have some challenges but every year does in it’s own way.
I can’t believe that this is my final monthly TBR of the year, since I added some more personal touches such as my move/tv/music favourites these posts have shot up as some of my favourites to write so I can’t wait to continue them into the new year. I know we still have a few days of December left to go and maybe I will fit in another book before then but this is the only day I can post this that fits around other things I need to post and my schedule so I am doing it now haha. I hope you enjoy and I can’t wait to hear about some of your monthly favourites down below too!

Reading Breakdown:

Books I planned to Read: 3
Books I Read: 3
Books I Read that weren’t on my TBR: 1

Total Pages: 772

Read:

Murder at the Dolphin Hotel by Helena Dixon – ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Review)
Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close by Jonathan Foer – ⭐⭐⭐
The Billionaire Athlete’s Christmas Fling by Leslie North – ⭐⭐⭐

Currently Reading:

I am not reading anything currently but I hope to start To Be Your Only by Rae Kennedy either today or tomorrow so maybe I will finish that before the new year too.

Music Faves:

Listened to a lot of music this month and re-fell in love with John Moreland. I am going to only put a few of his songs to give you an idea but I listened to all of his music. ALL OF IT! Multiple times. You need to give him a listen if you are into country. I have some other faves and then I have Christmas songs – I don’t really want to put christmas songs because I love them all and I listen to so many of them – but these two are just a bit different, not to mainstream and fun.

TV/Movie Faves:

I watched quite a bit of tv this month and I started some new great shows and got some second seasons of old faves so yeah it was a good tv month.

Taskmaster (Season 10) – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Strictly Come Dancing 2020 – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Bones – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Rewatch)
The Listener (Seasons 1-3 so far) – ⭐⭐⭐
Virgin River (Season 2) – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
House (Seasons 1-3 so far) – ⭐⭐⭐⭐
When Calls the Heart (Season 1 so far) – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The Masked Singer UK (Season 2) – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Youtube Faves:

I haven’t watched much youtube this month because I have been watching so much tv but I have been watching Dream’s video’s religiously. They are so good.

Favourite Blog Post of the Month:

I felt this month has gone so quickly and I feel like I have barely posted even though this is my 15th post this month haha. My favourites that I did was probably my Top Reads of 2020 and Friday Finds #8 post because I loved hunting for books and I hadn’t done it in a while so it was a nice change.

Favourite Thing This Month:

Christmas was my favourite thing this month haha! I got my beautiful new laptop, some incredible new bullet journals for the year and lots of chocolate – what more could I want.
I can’t even describe how much I am loving my new laptop, having a working middle line of keys has changed my life, not just blogging but it means I can finally get back to my own personal writing which I have really been missing. So writing is another favourite of the past few days now that I can do it again. And also just being off from uni and getting to spend time with my family has been great, we’ve been playing board games and watching films and I love that kind of thing.

So that’s it for this month’s wrap up. I hope you enjoyed this and that you are all safe and healthy ❤ And I hope you have a great day and I will see you tomorrow for my Bullet Journal Set-up for 2021.

What have you been up to this month?
What was the best book you read?
