Boondoogle

Wednesday’s Word of the Week: Boondoggle

Meaning: to be dishonest

Examples: falsehood, duplicity, flimflam, misleading

Where I Heard It: I was writing a poem for part of my English course and needed a word that rhymed with boggle and hence I found it. But, sadly I cut it at the last minute – I did discover a great word though!
I also found a love for writing poetry so who knows, I might post some on here – a poetry corner?

Pronunciation: B-oooo-n-dog-al
