Your Bookish Identity Tag

Hi there,

So I know I promised to post a book haul today but sadly I am away again and I couldn’t do that this week, but I swear it will be up next Friday once I am back to school and am no longer being dragged off on short holiday’s every week.
Because of the short amount of time I have to write this and because of how much I enjoyed last weeks Tag I decided I would do another one this week.
The Your Bookish Identity Tag was created by Little Book Owl,  Katytastic and Benjaminoftomes. Again I saw this on DreamlandBookBlog and I liked the idea so here it is. (Yes I am aware that is a lot of links to take in in one short paragraph)

1. What dystopian/fantastical world would you live in?

It’s a tough choice but i would probably have to say the version of Earth in Jessica Sorensen’s Fallen Star Series. It’s one of my favourite series of all time and if you haven’t read it I would seriously recommend. It’s takes place on earth but their are also different realm’s hidden within it and it is so great! This was a series that got me back into reading fantasy. It’s the perfect hybrid of somewhere known and completely unknown.

2.Who would your partner be?

I’m going to slightly cheat here as because it isn’t too clear on the relationship, if it is a romantic partner I am going to have to say Daemon Black from The Lux series by Jenifer L. Armentrout because it is my favourite book series ever and he is the main reason for it. He is a witty and sarcastic character who I simply love.
But if it means a partner(s) in crime I would have to pick Laylen and Nicolas also from the Fallen Star series. I couldn’t pick between them, sorry. I love Laylen as he is so kind and self-less, always there to pick you up and just seems like an all-round great guy. While Nicolas is just to fabulous to not choose. He has a charisma and annoyingness about him I completely relate with and I just feel like we would get on really well.

3.Who would be your godly mother/father? [Percy Jackson]

If I could pick anyone I would go totally cliche and pick Aphrodite but if we are going for something a bit more realistic I would probably relate a lot more with Hypnos (the god of Sleep) Which can be related to both good and bad depending on the circumstances and also has quite an interesting family linage if you read up on it.

4.Would you be a downworlder or nephilim? [Shadowhunter world]

I think I would be a downworlder, as bad as they have it they definitely seem cooler than the nephilim’s I have read about so far.
And I mean everyone secretly wants to be a warlock like Magnus.

5.Which house would you be in? [Harry Potter]

There is the small part of me that want to say I am a Griffindor, but in actual fact I am a proud Ravenclaw with a little Slytherin thrown in for good measure according to the test on Pottermore and I would definitely agree that fits my personality.

6.Which faction would you be in? [Divergent]

Again I wish I could say I am a divergent but according to the Divergent test I have done I was a mix of them all but I scored highest in Candor then Amity and Erudite drew second.

7. What would be your daemon [Northern Lights]

This is tough but I would probably pick a horse, I am not the biggest animal person and i rode them when I was younger and I still love them to this day so I would probably have to go with that. Although compared to all the other Daemon’s in Northern Lights it doesn’t really fit. (By the way for those who don’t know the film the Golden Compass was based on the Northern Light Books)

So that was the Tag, I hope you learnt a little bit more about me. Again I apologise for it being quite short and as I keep promising (I genuinely mean it this time) posting will go back to normal next week when I am back at school and have a normal schedule again.

Thanks and Happy Reading,
Maisy.
